The Space
Main Floor: Open floor plan with living room, kitchen and bathroom (shower/no tub), wood burning stove, gas and electric/propane heater.
Second Floor: Two bedrooms (queen/full & queen/twin) and landing nook with futon seating. Washing machine and dryer.
Exterior: Large covered, partially-enclosed deck with views of Georgetown Ski Area and private yard (unfenced). Owner camper is stored onsite that not accessible to guests. Charcoal grill on deck.
Location, Location, Location!
Nearby Towns: Georgetown Lake is located 2 hours from Bozeman, Montana & 1.5 hours, Missoula, Montana and just under 1 hour from Butte, Montana.
Lake Access: Cabin is located a short walk to the lake and one mile to the closest public access and boat launch.
Winter: Public access to snowmobile and hiking trails minutes from the house, nearby groomed cross country skiing, ice fishing lake access one mile away and 15-20 minutes from Discovery Ski Area. Close drive to ice skating in Phillipsburg.
Summer: Big Sky and open spaces! Multiple public lake and boat access points within 5 minutes (closest is 1 mile away), mountain biking (including chair lift access at Discovery Ski Area), public access to four wheeling and hiking right out the back door & covered deck with outside seating. Historic Phillipsburg, with its famous candy store, Phillipsburg Brewing and great restaurants, is just a short drive away!
Fall: A hunter and fisherman’s paradise! Public access within minutes from the house. Old Works Golf Course, a public award winning course in nearby Anaconda.

Love a place with character? While recently updated with modern comforts, the cabin itself was built in the 60s. It’s what made us fall in love with the place!
Family & Kids: We welcome families!! Parents with young children please note before booking: This cabin is not baby or toddler proof. It has a wood stove and steep, open rise stairs. Find more details in our Airbnb listing.
Guest Access
Full access to exterior and interior property. No shared spaces.
Paved road within 1/4 mile of cabin. Easy access to driveway. All wheel drive in winter is recommended. Three cars maximum.
